Your Role in the Healthcare Journey

We are looking to recruit an IT Product Specialist to join our team!

This position plays a vital role in supporting our customers by delivering high-quality IT services throughout the full lifecycle of Sysmex solutions, including solution design, installation, configuration, implementation, and 
ongoing technical support. Working across both hardware and software technologies, the role ensures customers receive an outstanding service experience and achieve maximum value from their investment in 
Sysmex products and solutions.


The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for technology, innovation, and customer excellence, combined with the technical expertise required to deliver application and hardware support both remotely and 
on-site. Acting as a trusted technical adviser, they will work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, optimise system performance, and contribute to the continuous 
improvement of our service offering.

  • Experience of coordinating cross-functional activities
