Your Role

As Corporate Communications Specialist (f/m/x), you contribute to the planning and execution of internal corporate events and support a broad range of communications activities across the EMEA region. In this diverse part-time role (20 hours/week), you help strengthen internal engagement, brand positioning, and stakeholder communication within an international environment. This role requires frequent on-site presence at the Hamburg office.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the coordination and end-to-end management of internal corporate events, from concept development and logistics to on-site execution and follow-up
  • Creating and refining communication materials, including press releases, presentations, fact sheets, website and intranet content as well as social media posts
  • Driving internal communication formats such as intranet articles, employee communications and townhall support, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Coordinating and supporting the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across the region
  • Researching and analyzing topics related to corporate communications, employer branding, sustainability and public relations, translating insights into clear communication outputs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring structured project coordination, scheduling and tracking

Your Profile

You are a strong match if you combine communication expertise with an organized and hands-on working style in an international environment.  

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Event Management or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Event Management or Public Relations
  • Solid knowledge of Corporate Communications disciplines, including PR, Employer Branding, CSR and Sustainability
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality communication content across multiple formats and channels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including prioritization, multitasking and structured delivery of multiple projects
  • Confident use of digital communication platforms and standard office tools
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented and solution-driven working style with strong relationship-building skills across functions, cultures and seniority levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
