Your Role

As Graphic & Video Content Specialist (f/m/x) - Corporate Communications, you contribute to creating graphic and video content specifically for Corporate Communications, Sustainability and Employer Branding initiatives across the EMEA region. This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires frequent on-site presence at the Hamburg office.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and producing digital communication materials, including brochures, flyers, infographics and social media assets
  • Conceptualizing, filming and editing corporate and social media videos to communicate brand, culture and key initiatives
  • Translating communication strategies and campaign briefs into visually engaging, channel-appropriate content
  • Working in cooperation with the Marketing Communication's Creative Team to ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all Corporate Communications activities
  • Applying and contributing to existing visual standards, templates and style guides in alignment with the Marketing Communication’s Creative Team
  • Developing and maintaining visual standards, templates and style guides across formats and channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the EMEA region to ensure brand consistency and creative quality
  • Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring high-quality execution and continuous optimization of visual content based on feedback and performance

Your Profile

You are a strong match if you combine strong visual design and video production expertise with a creative mindset and the ability to translate communication topics into compelling visual content.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or multimedia content production, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.) combined with hands-on experience in video production, including filming, editing and post-production for corporate and social media formats
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and relevant video or motion design work.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout and communication across digital and print channels
  • Experience or strong interest in Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, HR marketing or sustainability topics
  • Structured and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Fluent English and German skills
