Your Role

As Product Manager (f/m/x) Immuno- and Clinical Chemistry, you are responsible for driving the success of our Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry portfolio across the EMEA region. Acting as a key interface between affiliates, distributors, Sysmex Corporation and internal stakeholders, you manage the product lifecycle, support market growth initiatives and ensure the effective positioning, launch and development of our solutions in a dynamic international environment.

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of products related to Sysmex’ Immuno and Clinical Chemistry business within the EMEA region
  • Plan and conduct product launch activities, coordination and communication, product setup process and documentation support, tailored to EMEA/META market requirements, particularly within Clinical Chemistry 
  • Provide 2nd level support to affiliates and distributors and act as a key liaison with Sysmex Corporation and 3rd parties, focusing specifically on product related aspects
  • Manage topics related to local product registrations, coordinate internal and external product verification/ validation projects 
  • Support affiliates and distributors with pre-sales support, product demonstrations and training (including at end-user side)
  • Conduct advanced product trainings covering product strategy, positioning and segmentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, RA/QA, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile

You are a strong match if you combine in-depth expertise in Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry with strong commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
  • Degree in natural sciences, medical science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD technologies, strong, hands-on experience in Clinical Chemistry is required
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, product management, or sales; deep knowledge of the Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD market and its applications is required  
  • Demonstrated professional experience within or in close collaboration with the META region, including familiarity with regional market dynamics, customer structures and regulatory environments 
  • Strong ability of cross-functional communication in an international environment 
  • A creative, hands-on team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English; another language is a plus 
  • Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, results-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 20%)
