Your Role

As Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) - Haematology, you support the technical management of our haematology product portfolio across the EMEA region. Working closely with experienced colleagues, affiliates, suppliers and our headquarters in Japan, you contribute to technical support activities, knowledge transfer and the continuous improvement of product performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling technical 2nd level support service requests across the EMEA region
  • Supporting the analysis and resolution of technical issues remotely and, where required, at customer sites
  • Assisting in monitoring products throughout their lifecycle and helping identify recurring technical issues and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct technical training courses for service and technical support teams across EMEA
  • Assisting customers and internal stakeholders in the use of instrument-specific software solutions
  • Contributing to technical escalations and complaint handling in collaboration with affiliates, suppliers and our headquarters in Japan
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, guidelines and support materials
  • Collaborating with internal and international stakeholders to support effective technical service and knowledge exchange

 

Your Profile

You enjoy solving technical challenges, working collaboratively and communicating technical topics in a clear and practical way. You are also enthusiastic about delivering training sessions, sharing your expertise with others and supporting the development of colleagues across different teams and cultures.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • First professional experience in technical support, service, laboratory diagnostics or a comparable technical environment
  • Basic knowledge of medical and electrical engineering principles together with an interest in IT systems and software applications
  • Technical affinity and willingness to build expertise in haematology diagnostics and related technologies
  • Customer orientation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures
  • Structured problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on and proactive learning mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally within the EMEA region (max. 10%)
  • Fluent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
