• Ensure maximum uptime of advanced laboratory diagnostic systems through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Lead technical problem-solving for complex service cases and system upgrades.
• Mentor junior engineers while supporting continuous service quality improvements.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver reliable healthcare solutions across Bahrain and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of field service experience within the medical diagnostics or medical devices industry.
• Experience supporting laboratory analyzers, automation systems, or other complex medical equipment.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting junior engineers.
• Fluent English and a valid driving license.
