Your Role in the Healthcare Journey

  • Deliver exceptional technical service to hospitals and laboratories across Oman.
  • Ensure maximum uptime of advanced laboratory diagnostic systems through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key healthcare customers by providing responsive technical support.
  • Lead technical problem-solving for complex service cases and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to deliver reliable healthcare solutions across Oman and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare

 

  • Experience supporting laboratory analyzers, automation systems, or other complex medical equipment.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and supporting junior engineers.
  • Fluent English and a valid driving license.
