Your Role in the Healthcare Journey
Play a key role in advancing Sysmex’s position in haematology by driving workflow improvements, promoting clinical excellence, and fostering long‑term customer partnerships.
This is a role for someone ready to contribute from the field, influence the market, and deliver measurable success!
- Support lifecycle management for the haematology portfolio, ensuring optimal positioning of systems, reagents and services throughout their market maturity.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to achieve commercial objectives and to develop tailored, value-based haematology solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in haematology laboratories with all the stakeholders.
- Support the sales team to enhance commercial performance, contributing clinical and application expertise.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders and support legal or regulatory processes when required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer needs in haematology to continuously strengthen Sysmex’s market positioning.
- Represent Sysmex Greece at national and local congresses, workshops and scientific events related to haematology.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM tracking of opportunities, sales pipeline, risks and follow-up actions.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align resources and drive sustainable success.
This role requires the employee to be able to visit clinical laboratories and diagnostic departments.
Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare
- Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
- Fluent Greek and English;
- Proficient with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Scientific and product expertise in Haematology will be considered as an asset.
- 2-4 years of cumulative experience in the IVD industry. A background in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, or application support will be highly appreciated.
- Familiarity with tender processes and requirements, particularly within the public healthcare sector.
- Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-focused solutions, working cross functionally to drive business objectives.
