Your Role in the Healthcare Journey

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Project Management Team on a 6 months fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through to implementation.

Project Coordination and Installation Support

  • Support the project management and coordination of installation projects across all business areas.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal delays.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinate project activities to support the successful delivery of customer installations.

Equipment Delivery Management

  • Organise and coordinate equipment deliveries to support installation timelines.
  • Ensure delivery schedules meet agreed operational requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure effective planning and execution.

Project Administration and Smartsheet Management

  • Maintain and regularly update project information within Smartsheet to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage project documentation, actions, and status updates.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) to support business continuity and project visibility.

PMO Development and Continuous Improvement

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of Smartsheet and other PMO tools.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to strengthen project management processes and methodologies.

PMO Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage internal PMO projects where formal project management is required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed objectives, timescales, and expected business benefits.

Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare

  • Proven experience leading and managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Experience leading project meetings, governance forums, and project reporting activities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
