Your Role

As Technical Learning & Enablement Specialist (f/m/x), you play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery and continuous development of technical education across the EMEA region. Acting as the central interface between trainers, academy teams and internal stakeholders, you drive coordination, enable knowledge sharing and contribute to an excellent training experience. Your key responsibilities include:  

  • Acting as the central communication interface between trainers and academy administration teams across EMEA
  • Coordinating and administering technical training programs across the areas of haematology, urinalysis, laboratory automation and related product lines, ensuring efficient planning and smooth execution
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure training activities meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Identifying training-related needs and implementing practical, customer-oriented solutions to enhance training effectiveness
  • Harmonizing technical training approaches and supporting alignment across Sysmex training sites in the EMEA region
  • Monitoring training activities, analyzing relevant data and preparing reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to the optimization of administrative processes and operational efficiency within the Academy environment
  • Supporting the development of digital learning solutions and modern training concepts for technical education programs

Your Profile

You are a strong match if you combine excellent organizational and communication skills with an analytical mindset and a passion for enabling effective learning experiences in an international environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths: 

  • Experience in training coordination, learning & development, adult education or a comparable education-related environment
  • Experience in organizing, supporting or delivering training programs, ideally in an international setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
  • Analytical mindset combined with confidence in working with data, reporting and performance insights
  • Basic technical understanding and an interest in technical training topics and learning concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools is an advantage
  • Fluent English, additional language skills are a plus
